Bushbuck

Shy antelope of which males have spiral shaped horns of about 10 inches (25 centimetres) long.
Both sexes have white spots on the buttocks and some have vertical stripes on the flanks.
It has a white band at the base of the neck and a white patch on the throat.
Females are light brown in colour while males have a dark brown coat.
Bushbuck graze from late afternoon to late night. It prefers leaves but will
also feed on fruit and leaves.
Males are very courageous - sometimes even killing leopards. The average
male weighs approximately 88 to 165 pounds (40 to 75 kilograms).
Its senses are highly developed and Bushbuck are still found outside
of conservation areas.
